04 / Before work starts

Feasibility & constructability reviews

We review the design before work starts and say where it will be hard or costly to build.

05 / Risk

Risk management and safety

Three risks on every scheme: safety, budget and schedule, and quality. We control each one from the first day to handover. The directors who run your scheme

A walkway kept apart from the works by a line of red and white barriers, beside new houses under scaffolding
A used site helmet, work gloves and a high-visibility vest on a pack of blocks in front of a scaffolded house
A spirit level held against the corner of new brickwork
  • Safety

Health and safety is planned before work starts and checked every day. We keep on top of it.

  • Budget and schedule

Cost and dates are tracked against the plan every week, so a risk is dealt with early.

  • Quality

Every stage is inspected against the drawings and the specification before the next begins.

Planning a scheme?

Bring us in early. We price it, programme it and flag the risks.
